I am Chirag Garg, the Project Director at Eco Build. With a B.E. in Civil Engineering from GSITS Indore and an MBA in Construction Management from Purdue University, USA, I bring both technical expertise and strategic insight to my role. My primary focus is always on ensuring client satisfaction by deeply understanding their needs and delivering projects with the highest quality standards.
I am committed to meeting deadlines without compromising on safety or workmanship. Ensuring that our projects are 100% on time is a priority for me, and I take pride in the precision of our work, from the quality of materials to the fine details of execution.
In my role, I also manage the tendering process, aiming for efficiency and transparency at every stage. A key part of my leadership is fostering the development of our employees, as I believe a strong, skilled team is crucial to our continued success.
I am Harshit Garg, the Project Director at Eco Build. With a B.Com (Honours) and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from NMIMS Mumbai, I have a strong foundation in both business and management. Construction is in my DNA, and I bring this passion to every project I lead. I focus on client interactions, ensuring they receive the highest quality work while meeting project timelines with precision.
I take pride in managing execution on-site, making sure that every detail is meticulously followed. Building long-term relationships is crucial to me, and I’m proud that 70% of our clients are repeat clients, a testament to the trust and value we offer. My role extends beyond operations—I am also actively involved in business development, always looking for new opportunities to grow Eco Build.

I am Akrati Garg punwani, the General Manager at Eco Build. With a B.Tech in IT from NMIMS, (mumbai), I began my career. Since joining Eco Build, I have taken pride in managing the diverse aspects of the company, including administration, billing, HR, and material procurement.
My role allows me to blend my technical knowledge with hands-on management, ensuring the smooth functioning of our core operations. I am deeply involved in overseeing the day-to-day activities, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring that our teams are well-coordinated and aligned with company goals. Coming from a family with a strong civil engineering background, construction is in my blood, and it has driven my passion for the industry.

I am Mr Sharad Khandelwal. I am a BCom graduate of 2001 from Devi Bhai University, Indore. I have a rich experience of more than 22 years in this field of marketing construction, business development fundament for industries.
I am also responsible for procurement along with the business development at Eco build. I closely coordinate with New and existing client and corporate with site team to deliver projects on time.
My name is Mohammad Aslam Ansari and I am the central safety manager at Eco Build Engineers & Contractors. I have overall 13 years in the fields of health, safety and environment across various type of industrial construction project.
I started my career at Eco Build in October 2014 as a site safety officer after that I learned and developed my skill through the years of experience and I have grown with the company. I was appointed by Eco build as a central safety manager in September 2023, and it is one of my top accomplishments professionally.
I have a B.sc degree in chemistry (Honours) and a post graduate diploma in health, safety and environment engineering (PGDHSE) and an Advance diploma in industrial safety (ADIS) from MSBTE.
My main focus is to create a safe working environment by providing appropriate safety planning, implementing safety measures at all over sites govern by eco build and ensuring full compliances to statutory and company safety standards.

Hi, I’m Gourav Nimade, an experienced HR professional with over 10 years of expertise in Human Resources, Legal Compliance, and Recruitment Management. I have been working with Eco Build – Engineers & Contractors since December 2018, currently serving as Head – HR, where I lead end-to-end HR operations and ensure full statutory compliance within the construction industry.
With an MBA in Human Resources & Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I bring a balanced approach that combines strategic HR leadership, compliance-driven processes, and technology-enabled solutions.
My core expertise includes labour law compliance, statutory audits, recruitment and manpower planning, payroll coordination, HR policy formulation, and employee relations. I work closely with leadership teams to ensure organizations remain legally compliant, operationally efficient, and people-focused.
My objective is to support organizations in building strong, compliant, and high-performing teams, while minimizing legal risk and enhancing overall workforce productivity.
In my role at Eco Build, I am responsible for managing a variety of HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
