1993
Eco Build was taken over by Er. Kailash Garg and strive to become leading Industrial Contractor of Central India Started.
2006
Eco Build with its strong team became first choice for Indian and International MNC’s for Industrial Development Works in Madhya Pradesh
2020
Eco Build and team takes the time of slow down to get an ERP software customized for its internal use and invested heavily into the same anticipating the upcoming upswing in the market.
2022
Average ticket size per project increased from Rs. 8 cr. In 2018 to Rs. 30 cr. + in 2023, ensuring reduced point of governance and constant growth
2024 - Present
Eco Build & group companies crossed turn over of more than Rs. 200 Cr with a strong team of 250 professionals and 2000 labours working across 4 states. Mr. Kailash Garg takes personal pride in the fact that more than 75% revenue is generated from repeat clients.
1988 - The Begining
Eco Build was established in Indore by 4 Civil Engineers with rich experience of working in Gulf for over 10 years.
1997
Eco Build gained trust of Aditya Birla Group management and played a pivotal role in development of Birla Town – Nagda with work expanding for over 10 years continuously starting in 1997 where all previous works were done by National Level Companies.
2011
Eco Build expanded operations in Gujarat with first major out of state project
2021
Mr. Kailash Garg enrolled in MBA Program at IIM Indore to hone his management skills and drive Eco Build further to greater heights, understanding the purpose of education.
2023
Eco Build with its expansion plans started focusing on government projects under its new vertical and made its presence felt in the sector by grabbing 4 CM Rise School Projects from PWD in less than 1 year.
Future
With Revenue isto Order Book ratio standing at 0.72 : 1.00 , Eco Build stands at point of growing consistently YOY by more than 20% with strives to grow geographically and aims to start new vertical of manufacturing in the construction sector.
